We have immediate work available for Cover Supervisors in our client schools in the Warrington area, to assist them with their daily supply requirements.

The role of a Cover Supervisor is varied and comes with a high level of autonomy as well as responsibility. Duties of a Cover Supervisor will include:

– Supervising the completion of the set work

– maintaining a high level of discipline and manage behaviour, following the schools behavioural policy

– Responding to any pupils queries about process and procedures

– Collecting completed work at the end of each lesson

An Edstaff cover supervisor is expected to set a positive example and should always remember to be punctual, courteous, friendly and professional at all times.

Ensuring that you familiarise yourself with school policies and be aware of your safeguarding responsibilities.

All applicants are expected to either hold a current enhanced DBS certificate (Child Workforce) or be prepared to meet the cost of a new disclosure.
